A control panel where AI agents propose work across several ventures, and anything irreversible waits for a human yes.
Each venture gets a health status, a next best action and a queue of tasks. Agents can research and draft, but any action that touches money, customers or the outside world goes through an approval gate first.
What I’ve learned so far
The approval gate matters more than the agents. Most of the value is in making the state of everything visible and honest, so that a dead project looks dead and a stale one looks stale.
